VAJDA PAPÍR Kft. signed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire Sofidel Hungary Kft.’s Hungarian household paper manufacturing business.

VAJDA-PAPÍR Kft. hereby informs capital market participants that a business transfer agreement was signed between the company and Sofidel Hungary Kft. on 07.11. 2025 according to which VAJDA-PAPÍR Kft. will acquire Sofidel Hungary Kft.’s Hungarian household paper manufacturing business, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions (including the approval of the Competition Authority) set out in the agreement. The transaction is expected to be financially closed in the second quarter of 2026 subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
